Larry Lenamon - Larry has been the owner of Bicycles Outback for over 10 years and an avid cyclist for over 20 years after his days of being an elite marathon runner. Other than being the best boss in the world he is known to consume mass quantities of Fritos and Dr. Pepper

Ian is our in house bicycle encyclopedia and master mechanic. He has worked all over the bicycle industry as a designer and team mechanic. Ian specializes in customization of bicycles and bicycle parts and is the coach of the Bicycles Outback junior cheerleading squad.


Mike Cook - Mike is a great mechanic who can fix just about anything you throw at him and is the only person within a 100 mile radius who understands the internal workings of the mysterious schwinn exerbike. Always ask Mike his word of the day. Mike may switch to the dark side and go with Shimano soon though. In his spare time, Mike likes to keep busy fly fishing in the rivers and creeks surrounding Waco.


Mike O'Martin- Mike O as he is known is our local drunk irishman. BMX wizard and the wheelie king of Waco he will entertain you with his random thoughts while working on your bike.


Dennis Smith - This is the shop's resident grumpy old man, otherwise known as Dennis Smith. He builds some of the bikes, does some work with fitting customers, and randomly rants about bad companies in the bike business. Steer clear of his grumbling path if you can!
